The contract to be made will be a LEASE CONTRACT FOR USE OTHER THAN HOUSING. For its preparation, we will request:
1. Identity document or passport for all guests.
2. Usual residential address of the contract holder and some proof of it (census registration).
3. Proof of the purpose of the temporary rental mentioned above: we only accept for leisure, holiday, recreational use or occasional attendance at events (conferences, fairs, competitions, festivals, cultural, sporting activities, etc.).
4. If you are a digital nomad or voluntarily work remotely, you will be able to rent this property as long as your decision to reside in it is exclusively personal and voluntary, motivated by reasons of convenience, leisure, personal experience or enjoyment of the environment. Applications based on an objective housing need for work, professional, academic, medical or similar reasons will not be accepted. It is essential that there is no job transfer, imposed displacement, change of workplace nor any obligation, on the part of your employer or clients, to reside in this property.
CALCULATION OF MANDATORY BOND: ((contract duration months x rent amount) / 12) x 2.
CLEANING: A fortnightly cleaning is included in the price, with changing of bed linen and towels.
SUPPLIES: the supplies are included in the price (water, electricity, gas, wifi).
