This bright apartment will make you feel at home. It offers a welcoming atmosphere: its balcony and windows provide the apartment with natural light throughout the year, and the combination of furniture and careful design, characteristic of our apartments, will give you a warm welcome to the city.
The apartment has space to accommodate up to 4 people in two rooms, one with a double bed and another with two single beds. Perfect for a family trip, for two couples, for small groups of friends or for colleagues on business trips.
The living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa, Smart TV, coffee table and dining table for 4 people. The kitchen is integrated into the living room. It is fully equipped with washing machine, oven, fridge, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and all necessary kitchen elements and utensils. It also has an iron and ironing board.
The bathroom has towels and a hairdryer.
Of course, WiFi is available with high-speed internet connection.
Enjoy a peaceful place while discovering the secrets of vibrant Barcelona.
CONTRACT:

The contract to be made will be a LEASE CONTRACT FOR USE OTHER THAN HOUSING. For its preparation, we will request:
1. Identity document or passport for all guests.
2. Usual residential address of the contract holder and some proof of it (utility bills, bank statements, official documents issued in the last 3 months, etc.)
3. Test of the purpose of the temporary rental mentioned above: holidays, studies, medical treatments, work needs, work relocation, etc.
MANDATORY DEPOSIT: equivalent amount to 1 month.
CLEANING: A fortnightly cleaning is included in the price, with changing of bed linen and towels.
SUPPLIES: the supplies are included in the price (water, electricity, wifi).
COEXISTENCE: It is very important to respect the noise level (speaking loudly, loud music) during the stay, especially at night after 10:00 PM. Parties and gatherings are STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Neighbours could call the POLICE if their rest is disturbed. In the event of serious non-compliance with this rule, we reserve the right to CANCEL the contract with immediate effect and without refund of the deposit.
AC: Please note that there is only air conditioning in the living room. In the bedrooms, there are fans.
